Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Monski! Once you’ve selected your ideal ski outfit, our goal is to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

SHIPPING TIMES

We are committed to processing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible.

  • Domestic orders: dispatched within 2 business days.
  • International orders: dispatched within 3-4 business days.

Please note that shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

 DELIVERY TIMES

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery of all orders, please be aware that shipping times provided by DHL are estimated delivery dates and may vary due to factors beyond our control and responsibility.

Monski is not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit.


 INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

For orders exceeding €250, shipping is free.

For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are borne by the Client.

Please note that prices listed do not include import duties or taxes. The Clients are responsible for paying any applicable duties or charges directly to the carrier upon delivery as instructed by them.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive via email a Shipping Confirmation followed by a tracking number via DHL to monitor your package’s progress.

For questions regarding the location of your package after shipment, please contact DHL directly, as Monski does not have access to shipments once they leave our warehouse.

If you are not present at the delivery location at the agreed time, the Courier will send an email to reschedule the delivery. If the package is not delivered after the delivery attempts, it will be held in storage, returned to us, and the purchase amount will be refunded. However, any costs related to the return of the package to our warehouse, such as shipping fees, will be deducted from the refund


IMPORTANT NOTICE

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • It cannot be canceled, rerouted, or expedited.
  • In the event of an unjustified refusal to accept the delivery, including delays beyond our control, the order will be considered abandoned, and the Products will be returned to our warehouse.
