Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order (the 14-day period starts from the proof of delivery communicated by our Courier).

The products to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and must have the original tags still attached. They must be returned along with any accessories and instruction manuals, . Any items returned in a condition not in compliance with the above criteria will not be refunded.

The products must be sent back in one shipment and, if possible, within the original packaging in which you received them.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You can request a return within 14 days from the receipt of the order through following this procedure:

  1. Log into the "My Account" section on our website; or
  2. click this link: https://shopify.com/80460448075/account by entering the email address used to place the order, and a temporary code will be sent to your email.

Once logged in, select the order you wish to return and choose the reason for the return.

You will need to pay for the return shipping cost indicated and complete the request.

Afterwards, you will receive an email with a return label to print and attach to the package for return shipping.

Refunds will only be issued using the original payment method. Shipping costs occurred, including any customs or duties charges, are not refundable.

We cannot process refunds for items lost or stolen during shipping. If a return is lost or stolen during transit, you must file a claim with the courier responsible for shipping the return.
We are not liable for any damage that may occur during transport.

If items arrive damaged, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue.

REFUSAL OF RETURNS

If an item does not meet the return criteria, no refund will be issued, and we will contact you to arrange for a new delivery at your expense.

Returns are only accepted for items in brand new condition. Damaged, worn, washed or altered items are not eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note that items with the tag removed will not be accepted for return.

Please handle light-colored clothing and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether to keep the item.

We reserve the right not to accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition.

You will be refunded only if the return procedure has been followed correctly.


CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order once it has been placed. If you need a different size, please place a new order through our website. We recommend checking the "Size and Fit" section on the product page for sizing information. Feel free to contact our customer support team for advice on fit, style, and sizing.
