Federica Figini is the creative mind and founder of the Monski brand, born from her passion for fashion and sports. A graduate of Istituto Marangoni, she turned her dream into reality by founding Monski, a brand that reflects her love for style and performance.

Federica has successfully combined her background with her passion for winter sports, creating a clothing line that not only meets the needs of modern women but also celebrates their strength and determination.

She personally oversees every stage of the creation process, from sketching designs and selecting colors to ensuring quality control. Each piece is carefully tested by her to guarantee perfection in every detail, ensuring the final product is impeccable.
